This court order is a blatant violation of the First Amendment rights of every American citizen. The order forbids public speaking on public property, not just at our courthouse in Bellflower, but at all the courthouses in LA county. If this is allowed to go unchallenged, courts in other areas of the country may begin to use it as legal presidence.

When contacting your Representative, please tell him or her that this was a General Order from the Superior Court of Los Angeles, signed September 13, 2005 by The Honorable William A. MacLaughlin (the Presiding Judge for the Los Angeles Superior Court).
